Abstract

Different nonpigmented skin lesion in head and neck area such as Lymphoma, Pseudo lymphoma, Basal cell carcinoma, Basosquamous carcinoma, Squamous cell carcinoma, Keratoacanthoma, Seborrheic Keratosis, Clear cell acanthoma and Fibrosing alopecia are described. Histopathological clinical considerations are made and its dermaroscopic characteristics are also described.
