Abstract
The chapter introduces a 3-D cubic functional equation and examines the general solution of this 3-dimensional cubic functional equation in fuzzy Banach spaces. Also, establish the Hyers-Ulam stability of the 3-D cubic functional equation in fuzzy Banach spaces. To establish the stability of functional equations and functional inequalities, it uses the direct method and the fixed point method. Concerning the direct method, the Hyers-Ulam method, which is a traditional method, and for the fixed point method, the Isac-Rassias method, which is a more recent method have been used. The proofs for the stability of functional equations and functional inequalities are similar to the original direct method and the fixed point method.
