Abstract

Unfortunately, losses do occur in every person’s life. Every one of us may become either a participant or a witness to a loss. When losses happen, the first and most important issue is getting prompt medical care for victims. Following this, the next step is to recover from the loss. Once a recovery plan has been established, the next step is to prevent the loss from happening again. This is when a thorough competent unbiased investigation into the cause of the loss is needed.
