Abstract
Over the last decades, health professional societies have created many guidelines/statements/consensus/best practices/recommendations/opinions providing general advice to practitioners. (Note: Due to the various terms, and lack of standardization, may be difficult even to correctly identify and refer to all documents available. Our review was performed in several searching platforms and scientific libraries ensuring we read the maximum documents available; however, it is possible that some documents were not considered in this chapter. For easy reading and edition standardization, we will name all documents mentioned in this chapter as guidelines).
