Abstract
Understanding the functional model of the Ψ-organ requires knowledge of both, computer engineering and neurology. Hardware languages are addressed, as well as the question why the binary technique is sufficient to simulate the Ψ-organ. Crucially, information must be described differently in neurons than in the psyche.
