Abstract
The existing studies on intercultural communicative competence have explored the constituent elements, theoretical models, training models and evaluation methods of intercultural communicative competence, but the basic intercultural communicative competence is the main research object, which is not entirely applicable to the practice and research of the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence of English majors. In order to improve the practical applicability of dynamic evaluation of College English cross-cultural teaching, a dynamic evaluation method of College English cross-cultural teaching based on mobile terminal technology is proposed. Combined with mobile terminal technology, this paper constructs the evaluation system of College English cross-cultural teaching, standardizes the evaluation indicators of College English cross-cultural teaching, and optimizes the evaluation algorithm of College English cross-cultural teaching. Finally, the experiment proves that the dynamic evaluation method of College English cross-cultural teaching based on mobile terminal technology has high practicability in the process of practical application and fully meets the research requirements.
