Abstract
This chapter analyses the characteristics and adaptive features of small open economies; reviews and compares previous studies on circularity performance; and identifies drivers and barriers among small open economies and large economies in the European Union. Finally, it concludes with an assessment of circularity and economic performance of selected manufacturing industries in selected small open economies.
