Abstract
Paediatric nasal masses are uncommon and encompass a broad group of pathologies. Nasal dermoids are the most common congenital condition, while benign neoplastic lesions arise most commonly from vasculature or bone and may be extensive at the time of presentation. Malignant neoplasms are rare but important not to miss. Thorough clinical and radiological examination is required when assessing children presenting with a nasal mass.
