Abstract
Congenital sinonasal disorders commonly present as an airway emergency that often requires a multidisciplinary approach. This chapter gives a brief outline on development of the face and discusses in detail common causes of congenital nasal obstruction including associated syndromes and craniofacial abnormalities, cleft lip and palate and nasal masses covering the pathology, diagnostic investigations and recent advances in surgical and medical management.
