Abstract
A curriculum vitae (CV) is a comprehensive document that encompasses the resident’s education, academic achievements, skills, and experiences. It is an important document that represents the resident; therefore, it should be crafted mindfully to engage the reader. Developing, organizing, and deciding what to include or exclude from the CV can be daunting during training, especially when there are no standardized templates. Therefore, our goal is to provide guidelines that can help residents develop and structure their CVs into an impactful document.
