Abstract
The forehead flap is the ultimate, most-versatile flap for repair of all manner of nasal defects. Most of the other flaps for nasal reconstruction are only useful in repairing skin-only defects. The forehead flap allows for coverage of complex structural grafts and can also provide nasal lining. For many large or deep defects, the forehead flap is the only viable option.
