Abstract
For defects of the nasal sidewall, the adjacent cheek skin is an area of abundant laxity for repair. In general, advancing skin across the nasofacial sulcus is prone to creating a blunted appearance to the sulcus. However, with careful technique and reconstruction of the sulcus, this deformity can be avoided.
