Abstract
The forehead can be divided into three horizontal zones for the purposes of reconstruction: median (central), paramedian, and lateral. Different reconstructive strategies are recommended for defects in these zones. Additionally, the forehead can be divided into vertical divisions: brow, mid-forehead, and near the hairline.
