Abstract
Based on the experience that innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems have obtained in stages of development and growth, this proposal will allow the creation of a local ecosystem and through its evolution join wider-ranging ecosystems such as regional, national, and international ones, which will bring the benefit of increasing knowledge and its appropriation.
