Abstract

Traumatic ulcerative granuloma with stromal eosinophilia (TUGSE) can mimic other oral ulcerations including malignancy. Although TUGSE can be self-limiting, it is imperative to perform histopathological examination in such lesions to arrive at the definitive diagnosis. This chapter provides an insight on traumatic ulcerative granuloma with stromal eosinophilia encompassing the clinical-pathological aspects of the disease.
