Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the application scope of Internet technology, the application of big data technology and the development of artificial intelligence have become the focus of attention of groups at all levels of society. The research work on big data and artificial intelligence has never stopped. To a large extent, there is a close relationship between big data and artificial intelligence. The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence shows a strong dependence on big data technology. This paper compares American restorative justice in the era of big data intelligence with China's people's mediation system.
