Abstract
In the process of educational informatization construction, the computerization of educational resources is one of the core contents of educational informatization development. With the rapid development of information technology, computer technology and general recommendation technology and the reform of modern teaching mode, the traditional graduation creation teaching tools can no longer meet the needs of modern teaching. Especially in recent years, the number and type of educational resources are increasing, which is becoming more and more important to teachers and students. Due to the increase in the number and diversity of online education resources, network resource management is more common and important. Network resource management has become a new form. We should establish an educational resource management system that meets the needs of education. This paper introduces the creation and development of educational resources at home and abroad, and determines the content of educational resources according to their own needs. This paper designs and implements an English teaching resource management system based on collaborative algorithm and database management system. The purpose is to provide effective and comprehensive management of English teaching resources and give full play to the functions of teachers and students. The research and development system can effectively manage and use English teaching resources, better meet the needs of students and teachers, and better serve teaching.
