Business Process Designing of the Institutional Ranking System of Higher Education of the Kyrgyz Republic

Abstract

The paper considers the “Methodology for determining the national ranking of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic”. The mechanism for calculating rating indicators is described. A business process diagram of an automated system for generating a national ranking of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic was designed. There was also a designed conceptual model of the ASFNR of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic in the form of a Use Case diagram and Activity diagram using MS Visio tools. The result of the design is an automated system for calculating the national ranking of higher educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
