Abstract
This chapter reviews briefly the incidence, etiology, classification, and prognosis of spina bifida. Information about orthopedic complications of myelomeningocele, diagnosis and management of the contractures, subluxations and dislocations in lower limb joints, and foot deformities is provided in the chapter.
