Abstract
Researchers, developers, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts around the world are working on developing the use of the much more energetic high-altitude winds. The first chapter shows an overview of all the players why high-altitude wind utilization is becoming inevitable. A very brief history explains why it sometimes takes so long for ideas to ignite.
