Abstract

This chapter addresses clinical and dermoscopic features according to the phototype (fair vs dark skin) of the following less common hypopigmented dermatoses: progressive macular hypomelanosis, achromic nevus and hypomelanosis of Ito, ash-leaf macules, and hypopigmented leprosy.
