Abstract
This chapter discusses various issues and developmental or learning needs that supervisees present to supervisors during professional supervision. The analysis of supervisors’ responses suggested several broad areas relating to organizational contexts, issues relating to clients and practice, maintaining boundaries, personal issues, and the recognition of good work. The narrations of supervisors confirm the content of supervision presented in Chap. 6 and provide further insights for supervisors and supervisees to reflect on supervision practice.
