Abstract
We have been using the Smart Factory Navigator and the implementation process in various projects with industrial companies since 2017. The Smart Factory Framework and implementation process have already been proven in more than 20 research and consulting projects with industrial companies, ranging from large multinationals to small and medium-sized enterprises. The projects included the manufacturing of machining parts, the railway industry, the plastics processing industry, construction suppliers, logistics companies, machinery and plant engineering, and automotive suppliers. This chapter summarizes our findings in concise form.
