Abstract
A 9-year-old boy with a known right optic nerve glioma presented to the ophthalmology clinic reporting new onset headaches and recent vision loss. At the most recent visit 3 months prior to presentation, the visual acuity was 20/40 right eye (consistent with a mild optic neuropathy from the optic nerve glioma) and 20/20 left eye.
