Abstract
We conclude that by the time the observations embodied in the chapters of this volume, reach readers, the unique synergistic relationship of the factors currently impacting higher education across the globe will already have begun their inevitable shift into another overall relationship. The burden of these three propositions is to encourage readers to engage in their own update and upgrade of this constantly transformative environment.
