Abstract

The paper highlights an essential aspect, which is probably not yet thoroughly investigated except by “insiders”. The concept of security as a 360° security, a whole that goes from the public to the private, passing through cyber and artificial intelligence, looking at aspects that go from the national to the local level; therefore, we could say macro-security and micro-security, where several elements work together towards the same objective.
