Abstract
A large majority of post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD) occurring within the first year after transplant are associated with Epstein–Barr virus (EBV). EBV-negative PTLD is mainly late-onset. Here, we describe a case of a kidney and pancreas transplant recipient presenting with acute kidney injury diagnosed with EBV-negative PTLD at 6 weeks post-transplant.
