Abstract

This case demonstrates the implant treatment of an asymptomatic, healthy, and edentulous 58-year-old female patient with a class V atrophic jaw, according to Howard and Cowell. For years she is edentulous and wishes to have a fixed prosthesis in the maxilla and the mandible.
