Abstract
Edentulous patient with bone defects in height in the molar areas. He was rehabilitated with graftless technique using tilted implants in front and behind the maxillary sinus. To position the tilted implants correctly we used computer assisted surgery. In this case the presence of thin alveolar crest made us prefer the use of a bone supported surgical guide. The patients was rehabilitated with two Toronto prostheses in both arches.
