To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of (181) of employees working in the Anbar Health Department / the Iraqi Ministry of Health. The descriptive approach was used to describe the analytical procedures, data collection, classification, processing, and analysis to find out the results, while the heuristic approach was used to analyse, interpret and draw conclusions based on the sample of the study. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant impact of high commitment and its dimensions (normative commitment, career enrichment, job security) on strategic entrepreneurship in its dimensions (entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture, risk taking) through perceived organizational support.
