This situation needs to be examined and capture the attention of recent studies and regulators. Thus, the present study aim is to examine the impact of student readiness, faculty readiness, and information technology readiness on the management of the Covid-19 disaster in higher education institutions in UAE. This article has followed the quantitative approach of data collection and taken the questionnaires for this purpose. The current study has executed the smart-PLS to analyze the nexus among the constructs. The results indicated that student readiness, faculty readiness, and information technology readiness have a positive linkage with the management of the Covid-19 disaster in higher education institutions in the UAE.
