Fat Transfer in Plastic Surgery

Abstract

The authors present a combination of fat adding and fat subtraction in the treatment of body dismorphies, primary or secondary to surgeries (liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lift, buttock lift, arm lift).

Fat is a unique source for compensation of volume defects in the body, if achievable in good quantity and quality in the donor body.

Different clinical cases are presented and solutions are given, by using different techniques and technologies.
