Abstract
A 47-year-old male came to our institution complaining mainly of disabling left anterior knee pain. He works as a police officer, now doing mostly desk work because of his disability, he also walks with a cane because of it. The pain was located on the anterolateral aspect of the knee. The inferior pole of the patella was not painful upon examination.
