Dual Jet Geometrization for Time-Dependent Hamiltonians and Applications

Abstract

The results of this chapter represent the basics for a subsequent geometrization on dual 1-jet spaces of the time-dependent Hamiltonians \(H:{J^{1*}(\mathbb {R},M)} \rightarrow \mathbb {R}\), which consist in the study of some important geometrical objects depending on momenta, such as d-tensors, time-dependent semisprays or nonlinear connections, together with their mathematical relations.
