Abstract
The combination of induced hypertension, hypervolemia, and hemodilution constitutes triple H therapy is an option for preventing and treating cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Although strong clinical evidence is lacking, this therapy may be appropriate for selected cases.
