Abstract
This chapter exclusively deals with the benign and malignant lesions of breast. Breast cancer is one of the leading diseases in the females of western countries and developing countries. The functional unit of the breast is the lobule, supported by intralobular stroma. Most common stromal tumors are fibroadenoma and phyllodes.
