Abstract

Here we present a case of 49-year-old woman with a 10-years history of chronic recurrent vesicles, erosions, and fissures in flexural areas. Histology showed intraepidermal bullae. There was no deposition in direct and indirect immunofluorescence. This disorder can mimic intertrigo, pemphigus, Darier disease, and dermatitis herpetiformis and should be confirmed by histology, direct and indirect immunofluorescence or ELISA, or microbiology.
