Abstract
With the development of cities, improving the efficiency of urban management is the inevitable trend of urban management. When a city’s management development planning level is good, the city’s economy is bound to develop rapidly. However, in today’s social environment, the development of urbanization has encountered new problems and contradictions. Intelligent transportation system is an advanced system designed to provide a higher quality and efficient traffic management mode. It is committed to using more scientific algorithms and powerful opencv library to realize more accurate real-time detection of traffic flow passing through the road, so as to grasp the urban traffic conditions in real time and help the construction of smart city.
