Abstract
Creative industries have extremely important role in the global economy and they represent one of the key drivers of development of the world’s most developed countries. They have an increasing share in GDP and significant participation in employmenton a global level. Additionally, they significantly contribute to the sustainability and inclusive growth. The creative industries represent the heart ofthe tourism industry, especially in the last decade and, according to trends and perspectives on the global tourism market, this influence will be even greater in future.The process of digitalization and implementation of modern ICT plays an extremely important role in tourism and creative industries and this paper analyzes their influence on the quality of tourist offer and level of tourists’ satisfaction on the example of the cultural routes, especially through the prism of experiences.
