Abstract

Ankle arthroscopy is a valuable surgical tool in the diagnosis and management of ankle pathology. Arthroscopy allows surgeons to treat intra-articular pathology without the need for large open approaches. An understanding of arthroscopic principles and arthroscopic ankle anatomy is vital in order to optimize the utility of this technique.
