Abstract
In this chapter, we analyze the main lessons learned with SIM and CEM. First, we examine why these two methods have the potential to generate new knowledge, taking into consideration their limitations and specificity. Then, based on our case study results, we examine what kinds of new knowledge can be achieved by their application.
