Abstract

Due to their complex electrophysiology and anatomy, Mahaim fibres are challenging for precise diagnostics, mapping, and catheter ablation. In this chapter, mapping and ablation techniques are discussed. Furthermore, detailed electrophysiologic study, mapping, and ablation are presented in atriofascicular pathways and anterograde and concealed nodoventricular and nodofascicular fibres.
