Abstract

The orbital and CNS complications of frontal sinusitis still happen, and it is essential for adequate management and to avoid morbidities and even mortality to include early participation of a multidisciplinary team (ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, neurosurgery, and internal medicine), to initiate early aggressive medical and surgical therapy.
