Abstract
This project’s goal is to make an assessment of the access to urban green spaces in ten of Mexico’s most populated metropolitan zones (MZ) by analyzing the relationship between the degree of poverty, social vulnerability, and consequently the access to the benefits these spaces provide that are directly linked to human well-being, as a source of recreational spaces, and places that promote physical and spiritual activities, also known as cultural ecosystem services (FAO 2021). This study consists of three scales of analysis.
