Abstract
The chapter provides a general overview of the work undertaken by the contributors in the context of a series of meetings held in 2021. The method used in the writing of the volume and the criteria behind the structuring of the chapters are outlined. The working hypothesis behind the general concept of digital humanism is provided and its impact on the studied phenomena is described. A summary of the contents of the individual chapters concludes this Introduction.
