Abstract
Decision-making as a basic operation of any organization requires special attention in the context of the concept of the “Travelling Organization” of the Three-Pillar Approach (Wollmann et al., Three pillars of organization and leadership in disruptive times—Navigating your company successfully through the 21st century business world, Springer Nature, 2020, Organization and leadership in disruptive times—Design and implementation of the 3-P-Model, Springer Nature, 2021). The less predictability and stability there is, the more it is important to set out in short iterative steps, supported by an agile mindset. If you want to be adaptable on the road, then a coordinated approach to decision-making premises and practices plays an important role. In this sense, navigation is nothing more than decision-making enabling you to stay on course.
