Abstract

This chapter combines the experiences from many years of consulting practice with the reflections and results of the authors in this book. The fact that the topics complement and connect each other is of course not coincidental in a community but intentional and part of the power that arises from a dialogue. In the discussion and synthesis, a new perspective on creative starting points for the navigation of a travelling organization emerges. This understanding of navigation is not about keeping the organization in familiar waters, but about opening new opportunities. Otherwise, transformation, a new beginning, or a journey are not possible. In this sense, this chapter also cross-references the other chapters of this book.
