Abstract
This chapter describes how the Three-Pillar Model has evolved within a community of professionals and how, according to recent practical experience, it can be complemented by different application methods. The original model describes the Three Pillars themselves, i.e., Sustainable Purpose, Travelling Organization, and Connected Resources. The application methods describe in which form these Three Pillars can be brought up for discussion, for example, in leadership, in the management team, or in workshops, and become effective for the navigation of the Travelling Organization.
