Abstract

Leadership has become a particularly ‘hot’ topic in this twenty-first-century. Management was a ‘hot’ topic in the twentieth-century literature, nowadays sometimes wrongly portrayed as an opposite to the former. However, both are of critical importance for individuals and collectives taking decisions and executing the organization's strategy. This chapter introduces a new framework, THICOSIV, to ensure executives continuously upgrade their skillset across 8 core competences for excellent Leadership & Management.
