Abstract
Up to this point, we have reviewed how to develop best-practice Strategy Development and Business Development for ‘Existing’ vs ‘New Geography/Businesses’, distinguishing between Organic vs Inorganic growth approaches. Now it is time for this chapter to review how strategy links with execution and to deep dive in two best-practice frameworks for Implementation: Mobilization (of the people) and Transformation (of the organization).
